Just having high level Pokemon won't get you very far in this game, only past about chapter 2. There's one more thing I need to mention. I personally am going to try them, but you don't have to. The early ones at least aren't quite as hard as the last three challenge levels, but there are some really hard ones later. As for achievements, this is completely optional. If you want to stay absolutely true to this challenge, then go ahead and try to beat them all before Brock. However, I'm not counting the fourth, fifth or sixth challenge levels as necessary, despite there being one Pokemon you can only get from there until much later in the game. However, the only way to obtain the Pokedex is by beating the third challenge level, so it's necessary. You can do all the challenge levels before beating chapter 1, but it's extremely hard, because for some you need to use your own Pokemon. There are two ways to obtain special Pokemon other then the normal levels, challenge levels and achievements. This game normally has trading on, but as you know trading isn't allowed in this challenge, so that website is pretty much forbidden. You don't actually have to pay anything, you can just watch an ad. The only thing that's currently playable about it is an old prototype that you get for donating any amount of money on the Pokecenter website. Basically it's like PTD but with original creatures and new game mechanics. PTD and PTD2 are completed, but PTD3 will forever remain unfinished in favor of the creator's, Sam Otereo, new tower defense game, Cosmoids TD. There's also a PTD2 and PTD3, but I won't make a guide for them for a while. PTD uses Black and White mechanics, so no Fairy types, no gen 6+ Pokemon (the only gen 5 Pokemon is an expired mystery gift anyway), BW movesets, ect. That may make more people want to try it. The best part about it, though, is that anyone with a computer can play it for free with Flash. The story is sort of like the original Kanto story, but uses the characters in different ways, introduces new ones. It's level based, meaning you can't walk around or anything. Pokemon Tower Defense is a tower defense style Pokemon game (obviously) that's set in the Kanto region. I know only like 2 people will read this, and probably 0 will try it, but this guide is for myself as much as for other people so why not. =D 1 per person.I have much explaining to do about this game. Sorry about being in-active for a bit but now I'm ready to do as many trades as possible! =Dįor this day only there will be 10 Shiny Pokemon given away freely, of your choice! All you have to do is say which one you want. * If you've never played the game before please try it, you'll love it, trust me. =) ( Please note that I have every Pokemon Shiny but can't list them all ) Once we have made a deal we will each pm each other the trade codes, and preview codes. )Īll of these Pokemon are level 10 and i have all the ones they evolve into but that would take too long to list. I'll be willing to trade shiny Pokemon, but only for other shinys. I have every Pokemon that the game has to offer, shiny or not. On this thread you can ask people to trade with you, trade with me, or request stuff and people might give it to you. This is my trading thread for Pokemon Tower Defense.
